I love the tile installation in my bathroom!!! Dalton pays special attention to detail even suggesting a different tile edging than the one I had picked out. It looks so much better!! I was especially impressed with his attention to detail in the trickier areas, like corners, around fixtures, and one slightly uneven spot in the wall ensuring the alignment and grout lines were absolutely perfect. My patterned floor tile matched up exact and he left the workspace spotless. The finished job looks amazing! I highly recommend Dalton for his work and professionalism.
Also, on the sales side, another gentleman named Dawson was especially patient and friendly. He guided me through different options when choosing my tile and always responded quickly to questions and with quotes.

They did a fantastic job! They are very professional in every way. From start to finish. My older home has very uneven floors. They helped correct it some before laying vinyl. That showed me they truly care about the quality of work they do. Was going to use Goshen Floor Mart for the job. They were very unresponsive when trying to get my floors done. I am so glad I didn't use there company. TROYER CARPET/FLOORS is AWESOME!

“For our first New Home build other than the decision in picking out the perfect builder for my wife’s “Pinterest” needs, we knew the flooring and custom shower were going to be a stressful stop in the process…As soon as we met Tyler at Family Value Flooring the anxiety of picking things out quickly went away. He already was aware of our budget number and after a quick conversation with my wife he knew we would be well over that budget quickly .. but gave us plenty of options to stay in the wheelhouse where she was happy and so was my wallet! It was one of the most relaxing stops in the build as Tyler walked us through options and ideas. He and the Family Value Flooring team were very professional, patient, and experts in their business! Our flooring choices could not suit us better nor could we be more happy with.

The custom tile shower was pretty much Tyler’s expertise and putting out tile samples and ideas in front of us. Everything turned out better than a magazine! Not only did Family Value Flooring have excellent staff in the showroom, they sent two of the best guys you could meet to the jobsite. The gentleman who put the flooring down was as nice and detailed as they come! The cool cat that tiled the shower was a “tile artist” and pulled off one awesome walk-in shower. All credit to them and the amazing team of talent they have at Family Value Flooring!”
